Presidential Limousine Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below for canceling a reservation.

  • Reservations for 2 hours of service or less require a 24 hour notice.
  • Reservations for more than 2 hours of service require a 48 hour notice.
If canceled outside the parameters above, it may result in a full charge of the reservation.
