I wanted to write to express my appreciation on how you run a top notch company. The drivers possessed superior customer service and courtesy. In particular, John Allen was by far the best limousine driver I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our needs were met. He provided us insight into the Las Vegas strip by explaining some of the history behind each hotel, etc. He was a tour guide as well as a driver. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone traveling to Vegas and would tell them to ask for John Allen to be there driver.

Hello, I am the President of Solutions Recovery, Inc. We have called Presidential to pick out clients up at the airport many times. Out clients are thrilled with the service, excited and it adds to our upscale treatment experiences. The drivers were always on time, sober, and courteous.
Also as the President of the Solutions Foundation, we have used Presidential for our events and they have made them special, even if our clients are being transferred to Sober Living Las Vegas. We can always rely on their chauffeurs to arrive on time and safely transport our clients. I would recommend Presidential to any other business in the area.

I just wanted to pass along my thanks for the excellent experience my wife and I had with your fine organization. It was my wife’s first trip to Las Vegas and I wanted to make her trip memorable. Your Ultra Strip Tour seemed to be just the ticket. I knew she would enjoy the view, but I was unprepared for how much it would mean to me as well. Your driver Tyrone Sweet was the consummate professional who correctly analyzed his clients and arranged a tour that perfectly fit our personalities. Ever amicable and stoically unflappable while under stress, Tyrone demonstrated his resourcefulness when we were forced to change plans due to crowds, construction, and high winds. His ability to find suitable alternative arrangements was quite impressive. Tyrone Sweet and Presidential Limousine helped make our Las Vegas trip a memorable one.

I'd just like to give some feedback on our limo booking with you on Friday 28th Sept from the Luxor hotel to the Stratosphere.
It was absolutely fantastic and really made the night very special. Cathy , our driver was very professional and very friendly. She wrote a sign for my husband saying Happy Birthday and took us down to the Las Vegas sign and took our photos. The champagne was really good and it certainly is the way to see the Strip.

Based on a last minute slot machine induced decision, we made use of your service on Thursday March 23rd to travel from Paris LV to the airport. After a hair raising, horn blowing wild taxi ride from the airport to our hotel four days earlier, this was a pleasant change. I just wanted to let you know that your driver Steve W. was great. I had to use a couple of other companies during CES because I wasn’t able to get your car service for the entire week and they weren’t even close to the service that Steve provided and I just wanted to pass that on to his Manager. I will recommend him and your company to my colleagues for future travel to Las Vegas.
I would like to know how far in advance for next year’s CES that I need to make a reservation for Jan. 7th through Jan. 12th as I would like to request Steve to be our driver for the entire time. I would need to have a sedan / limo and it would be all day and maybe into the evening.
