I hired a Limo from Presidential to take my group of 8 from the airport to our Hotel and could not have been more pleased. Our driver, Ted Maasch, was waiting for us at baggage claim and was professional, polite, friendly, and accommodating. He helped us with our baggage and made sure we were treated like royalty. I will definitely call Presidential the next time I am in Vegas and recommend them to anyone who plans on visiting.

Driver, Mr. Faris Wassif picked us up at 7 pm for the strip tour. He was very curtious and showed us a great time while learning about Las Vegas. I recommend this tour and driver to anyone coming to Las Vegas. It was great.

Driver, Merriel Roberson, picked us up looking like a million dollars and was waiting for us as we tredged out to the baggage area. The champagne was cold, the roses fragrant....
I will never, ever travel with any other limo company in Las Vegas! The Best!

We were picked up by Glenn, with champagne, and roses.
He then took us to the Las Vegas sign were he took our pictures.He was great.
The whole experience made us feel like rock stars...

On February 19, 2010 Shawn picked us up from the airport. Our flight was late by one hour and he was still waiting right by the baggage carousel.
We were so impressed with his professionalism and his friendliness that we decided to book a limo tour of the Grand Canyon with him. He picked us up from our hotel on his day off and we had an amazing day.
We will most certainly book with Presidential Limousine again and will recommend them to all our friends and family.

my wife and i were in Vegas on valentines day 2010 and had a great night with your limo. Todd was our driver and he helped us and showed us the things that we probably would have missed. he was very knowledgeable and very good of his knowledge of the area.

Joel picked my friend and I up in August 2009. I had surprised my friend with the limo for her birthday and she loved it.

On February 10, 2010 Kris picked us up for the most romantic and awesome 10th Wedding Anniversary night. We took the Ultimate Limo Tour and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to "experience" Vegas and all its glory.

We arrived at 10:30 pm in Vegas and having a Presidential Limo was AWESOME! Our driver Jim took us down the strip on the way to our downtown hotel. The champagne was awesome especially since we had just been married in Indiana prior to our arrival in Vegas. Perfect touch on a wedding night. Our driver who picked us up Sat to return to the airport took us one last time down the strip and even put up the privacy partition so we could spend our last moments of our honeymoon alone. We will definately use Presidential Limos each time we come to Vegas! Thank you for such great service at great prices!

The car was spotless and the driver Faris Wassif made the experience flawless. He was always available at a moments notice and was an excellent source of local information making our time in Vegas more productive and enjoyable. I've used Presidential Limousine for my last two trips to Vegas in March '08 and '09 and will be booking them again this year. The customer service is superior to other companies i've used. The driver was understanding when my flight was late and did not rush us to our final destination like other companies have.
The complimentary champagne is a great touch to any trip.
Cannot wait to book my limosuine for this years trip!

I just wanted to submit a quick note to express my extreme satisfaction with the service we recieved from Presidential Limo. I had booked the strip tour in a Hummer for my girlfriend and 8 of our friends who flew into Vegas fromall corners of the world. Dave Thomas, or driver, gave us VIP service and was professional, and a true gentleman when it came to helping the girls in and out of the limo and taking photos for everyone. He was great in all regards of making sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Great value for the service received. Thanks for everything. Can't wait until next time!!!

Can I please thank you for the limo service that your company provided for us while we where in Las Vegas in August. The driver was on time (early) very helpful and courteous and took us on a drive along the strip, stopping to have some pictures done along the way. He got us to Caesars in good time for our wedding vow renewal with time to spare as well.
Could you please pass on my personal thanks to Todd (I think that was his name - the whole day was such a blur to be honest) for the most professional way in which he handled our journey from our hotel to Caesars Palace and made August 27th such a memorable day for us.

I wanted to contact you regarding our recent experience with your company in during our visit to Las Vegas. We have used many car services in the past in various cities, but your company by far is the very BEST!!!! Every step of the way, from the initial quote and reservation to our final transfer, was handled with utmost accuracy and professionalism. The cars (the Stretch Limo & The Escalade) were immaculate and appeared brand new. All transfers were on time as promised. In fact, on our return, our driver Merriel phoned early to see if we might be ready. We were and were picked up immediately. I wanted to write to express my appreciation on how you run a top notch company. The drivers possessed superior customer service and courtesy. In particular, Jeff Hill who took us on a guided tour of the Grand Canyon it was a truly great experience to have someone tell us about the history as we were were driving to the Canyon. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our needs were met.
Ted was also a great driver who took us to the Airport on Friday. He provided us insight into the Las Vegas strip by explaining some of the history behind some of the hotels. He was a tour guide as well as a driver. He ensured that we picked up all our belongings before we dashed off to catch our plane.
This is the second time we used your service and I can not say enough about the professionalism of the staff.
I have already recommended Presidential to a friend visiting Las Vegas later this year and will continue to recommend your company to anyone traveling to Vegas and would tell them to ask for for either driver.

I just wanted to let you know that your driver Steve W. was great. I had to use a couple of other companies during CES because I wasn't able to get your car service for the entire week and they weren't even close to the service that Steve provided and I just wanted to pass that on to his Manager. I will recommend him and your company to my colleagues for future travel to Las Vegas.
I would like to know how far in advance for next year's CES that I need to make a reservation for Jan. 7th through Jan. 12th as I would like to request Steve to be our driver for the entire time. I would need to have a sedan / limo and it would be all day and maybe into the evening.
