My wife Tammy and I used this service November 16th for your Strip tour package, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When researching options on the internet, yours was the best value for the money we invested, and we received so much in return. Your driver Zoltan Fitz was very friendly, accommodating, professional, courteous, and tied the evening together seamlessly. Especially during the portion of the evening where we were supposed to go see the fountains at Bellagio. We were staying at the Bellagio, and didn't really need to participate in that portion of the tour.

Zoltan took us on a 'side-road' tour to the other side of the interstate to take a closer look at Rio, Palms, etc., then took us to see the water features at Aria, which we hadn't heard about. This was great 'thinking-on-the-fly'. If anyone is looking to see the big touristy events on the strip, don't do the Vegas sidewalk 'death-march'; book this tour, and get a little pampering while going in style. We recommend this tour, this company, and Zoltan for being an excellent embassador. We will be using this service again when we return.

Booked the Pahrump Wine tour for our latest visit to Vegas. What a brilliant day, Ted Maasch was our driver and what a bonus – great guy very knowledgeable and a perfect host. The winery and lunch were superb with the restaurant being a real bonus, bettering some high end places on the Strip!! Recommend Ted and the trip to all who want to get away from the noise for a day.

The concierge at Caesars palace made the reservation for me, for Oct 16th. I have never booked limo service in Vegas before. I did not receive a confirmation call, prior so I was a little worried, but limo arrived on time. the drive to Las Vegas motor speedway was wonderful, champagne ice cold! Our return trip to hotel received a call that our limo was going to be a few minutes late, saw limo pulling into pick up area, thought it was ours, it was #16, but the driver found out we were waiting for #6. He allowed us to sit in his limo, to cool off until his customer showed up or or our limo showed up, which ever came first. Thank you, it was hot, hubbies has a bad back and heart problems, and there is zero shade at the race track and no place to sit other than the stands After that tragic ending to the race it was nice to see that your employees took care of us even though we weren't his.

I just wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Presidential Limo. We were greeted at the airport by Ted. Ted made us feel very welcome right away and gave us exceptional service. At our request he stopped at the las Vegas sign for a photo op and then by a convenience store so my son could get a couple of things on the way to the hotel. Our return trip to the airport was handled by Chris, who also provide superb service and gave us a very stress free ride. I highly recommend Presidential Limo when you are in Las Vegas and I will be a return customer!

We went on Vacation in early August to Vegas and I could have not picked a better Limo service! Our driver Odis Johnson was Amazing, I mean he was so friendly, polite, helpful and informative, he even took us to the Welcome to Vegas sign and took pictures for us!

We had an amazing weekend in las vegas july 15th and 16th thanks to presidential limo. Merril was waiting for us at the Airport baggage carousel and allowed us to stop off at the Las Vegas sign for a photo opp as well as the liquor store to stock up on Patron and SoCo. You should use this service on your trip! It was soo nice to have a limo waiting for you as you get off the plane. Our driver, Adell was the BEST!!!! She helped with the luggage and even took use to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. She was great!!(If you're lucky you will get her!) Our driver back was nice as well, and on time, of course! We went for my daughter's 21st birthday and the limo was icing on the cake! Book with them and you won't regret it!!

On June 6/11 I was married in Vegas, and throughout our time there we used your services 3 times. When we arrived at the airport Oscar picked us up and showed us the town. We had such a great time that Oscar our driver came to drive us around for the 2 other times, even though it was his day off. After researching on many companies in the internet, finally i reserved Presidential Limo Services on my recent trip to Las Vegas.I talked to their customer service agents & customized the tour(which is not mentioned in their website).They happily agreed for that.

We were a party of four people.As per the schedule, the limo was on time & Our driver Lungu Adrian was very professional & helpful.He gave a brief tour of the entire Las vegas strip & also showed us the most happening places in Vegas. I definitely recommend this company.

This was our first time using a limo service in Vegas and the entire experience was much more than we ever expected. Our chauffeur Ricardo Zavala, was VERY polite, informative, and such an outgoing person. From the first time we met him at the airport he made us feel welcome and very comfortable. He was very friendly and gave us suggestions on what to do in the town and where to eat etc.; we can not say enough about him.

In fact, he was so great we decided to take the evening tour of the city and booked it with him. We plan to use Presidential Limousine every time we visit and look forward to seeing Ricardo! Our only regret, we didn't get a picture with Ricardo! He offered to take photos of us at all of our stops and showed that he was happy to do it. We would not have had it any other way. We highly recommend using Presidential Limousine and very highly recommend Ricardo. A big thanks to Ricardo for putting us at ease and making our trip so wonderful!

My Wife and I went down for my birthday on March 27th 2011 and did not know what to expect from Presidential Limo Service the driver Allen met us at baggage and was extreamly nice to help us and give us adivise on what is good to do in Vegas and what may not be. Due that our hotel was so close the the airport he asked if we would like to go down part of the strip to our hotel taking the long way, I thought that was extreamly nice that he suggested that and my wife and I loved it!!

This is a great service for anyone going to Vegas. Our driver that picked us up at the Rio to go back to the airport was fantastic (can't remember his name). He was very professional, and courteous. I had been wanting to go to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign both times I been to Vegas. We didn't even have to ask him, he said he would take us and take our pictures if we wanted. This was done at 4:00 in the morning, and he was so nice about it. We will definately use Presidential Limosine in future visits to Las Vegas.

My first trip to Las Vegas was a blast! We where met by George. Ted was there waiting for the next group of people, he was funny! George was great, he show us the sites on the way. I will never forget that trip!

This was my first trip to Las Vegas and i wanted to do it the right way… limo to and from airport… limo everywhere i needed to go… etc. I was expecting a good driver but being that Vegas in a huge tourism location i was kinda skeptical as to how friendly the locals would be.. in specific the people that are in customer service… i.e.. my driver…..

Im from Nashville, TN so hospitality is a huge thing here in the south.. i will say this much for Presidential Limousine… The car was in perfect condition and the Driver was one of the nicest people and one of the most professional that i have experienced.

From what i understand he was fairly new to this line of work… but the attention to detail and the friendliness was remarkable… it for sure set the standard in my mind as to how drivers should treat guests…

The next time im in town i will be requesting Bernard as my driver again…. the guy was great… And i recommend anyone that reads this to do the same…

I booked the champagne and roses special as a surprise for my 85year old mother approx a month before and even though our flight was 2 hours late our driver Danny was standing at the bottom of the escalator waiting for us. My mother at first didn't understand why someone was standing holding a sign with her name on it until Danny explained that he was there for her. We were upgraded at no cost to a super stretch. Danny was charming and went out of his way to make my mother feel like a queen. Our return trip was just as memorable with the driver arriving exactly on time. On November 17, 2010 we were married in Las Vegas. The Limo was by far one the best part of the whole day! The wedding party were picked up on time at the Motel. The driver was very well dressed. He greeted us as if he had known us for ever. He offered us great advice about special places to take picture for our photo album. This was the first time we tried limo service when we came to Vegas. We booked the limo to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. When we arrived at the Vegas airport our driver, Alonzo, was waiting for us, located all our luggage & loaded it into the limo. We loved Alonzo! He was such an entertaining, polite & friendly young man. When it was time to go home we went to the pickup location at the hotel 30 minutes early expecting to wait but our limo was already there, waiting on us! Nothing can compare to this experience. From this point on, all our trips to Vegas will include Presidential Limo & hopefully Alonzo.

I decided to reserve a limo for our transfers from airport to hotel. What a great decision!

Our driver was waiting at the bottom of the escalator for us with our name on a sign. He led us to our baggage carousel and checked a few times with the airline representative to make sure we were at the correct place. We grabbed our luggage and headed past a very long taxi line to our limo.

Our driver gave me a rose and we enjoyed complimentary champagne on our way to the hotel.

Everything about our experience was first class, convenient and enjoyable.

Last week I visited Las Vegas for the first time and after doing some research, chose Presidential Limo as our source of transportation. I have to start by saying making that decision shaped how the rest of our trip. From our arrival at the airport our driver "Jim" was amazing, everything was thought out for us and all we had to do was sit back and enjoy. I was traveling with 2 female friends and I have to say the champagne and roses are a very nice touch. Later that same evening we had the Ultra Strip Tour planned and again right from the start it was nothing but pure enjoyment. Our driver "Steve" put us at ease and showed us the strip like we would have never been able to figure out on our own. Very knowledgeable.

In conclusion, we already know that we are going back to Vegas, and its a no brainier that we are going to use Presidential Limo. Trust me, if you don't use them you are missing out!!!!

I used your service on October 5-10 in Las Vegas. We were very happy with the service. It is a little nerve racking dealing with the airport, etc especially in a strange/new city. We got the Web limo airport service special. Just as advertised, our driver was waiting at the bag claim area with our name on his sign. He was very polite and helped us get our bags. He sat the air and radio for us,gave my wife a flower, and the bottle of champ. Our flight was about 20 minutes early, he said he had been tracking the flight. On the way back, they were on exact time to get us back to the airport @ 4:40am on a Sunday. I was worried, he may be late, etc, no such thing. We will definitely use this company again when we return to Vegas!

We decided on a quick weekend in LV Oct 1-4. Our airport service was excellent, the driver prompt and courteous and met us in baggage claim–and took care of getting our bags from the carousel.

On Sunday, we took the Winery tour and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants a "different" type of experience in Vegas. TY Sweet was a great driver and took very good care of us. The winery itself was a perfect day out. We sampled the wines, took the tour and had a case shipped home by Gretchen. Both she and her husband, Bill were gracious hosts.

What a great experience, used presidential for a group trip last week of August. Saul our driver was waiting for us in baggage dressed to impress. He wouldn't let any of us trying to help with baggage even as I would try. The girls loved the roses and drinks supplied. That really stood out for me and was the reason I picked them. He even stopped at store to make sure we had everything to stock our rooms and never rushed us. Showed up early to pick us up at hotel for return to airport and again never made us feel rushed. The entire time our group felt like a million dollars. I have already told everyone I know going to Vegas to use them and I will use then on every trip back.

I ran in to Rob while looking for a wedding chapel. His professional attitude sold me on using Presidential Limo for my wife and 7 friends coming in to Vegas later in the week. I had several special requests (including my own wine, flowers for all 8 women, and delivering them to a wedding chapel where I surprised my wife with a vow renewal. Your limo service added that special touch to a wonderful trip. I was very nervous at first to book so much with one company but the moment we arrived at the airport our driver was there waiting and ready. The limos were perfect on every trip we had and the roses and champagne added a special touch.

We used your service for the airport pickup and then we couldn't wait to do the strip tour that same night. The strip tour was so much fun and our driver was so friendly and took care of us.

The following day we had the Wine Tour booked. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday. The drive was so pretty and relaxing. Our driver even stopped so we could get a couple of quick pictures. After 2 previous trips to vegas we decided to treat ourselves to roundtrip sedan service for airport transfer. Our driver was at baggage claim when we arrived and we did not touch our bags. Much to our surprise, he was driving a limo! Later that evening Craig picked us and 2 other friends up for a tour of the vegas strip. The tour was fantastic!!! He was GREAT! Very professional and took great care of us all evening. Trip back to airport was great too. All drivers were on time (early actually) safe, and courteous. Without question Presidential is the only way we will travel in Vegas from now on!!!

A group of us went to Vegas for Labor Day weekend for a bachelorette party! As a treat to the bride we used presidential limo for a ride from and to the airport. It was all we had hoped! Our driver, Adrian, was very nice and professional! He loaded up our luggage and poured us each a glass of champagne! He then took us to the Vegas welcome sign to take our picture! We also got a tour of the strip. This awesome since we arrived at night and everywhere was lit up!

We did the Ultra Las Vegas Strip Tour on 27 July with Lee Barber (he was awesome!) My husband, our youngest daughter and I were visiting from Japan, we meet up with my mother (from GA), mother-n-law, and our son, his girlfriend and our oldest daughter from Oklahoma. The tour was PERFECT. Lee was so professional and polite!
We were going to sign up for the city lights tour with a bus company, but when I noticed it was 6.5 hours and extensive walking involved, I decided against it; so glad we chose Presidential Limousine, the elder ladies loved it, the younger ones were very much thrilled with the whole idea of a super stretch limo! My husband and I were traveling with my parents and Grandmother. Our first trip to Vegas and their third. The driver that picked us up at the airport was nice but we had a lot of luggage and so we had to help move the luggage (we had two people in wheelchairs and one with a cane). It was quite a sight and I expected not to have to touch anything. When we got to the limo the air conditioner wasn't working. The ride to the hotel was very uncomfortable. He had to hold his hand on the button the whole time (it was a hot day and was very hot in the limo). I was nervous of what the return trip would hold. We had a different driver on teh way back to the airport. Ted our return driver picked us up on time. Was very pleasant, had the limo nice and cool, gave us water (it was another hot July day). He took us to the welcome to Las Vegas sign and even took our picture for us. We did that and then off to the airport. He was so helpful and pleasant he visited and shared information about Las Vegas. When we arrived at the airport we didn't touch anything. He was a great driver. He gave us his card and we will defiantly call him or ask for him on any return trips to Las Vegas.

Wow, what a fun time. Our driver was English Mark, and he was about as good as we could have ever hoped to have on an outing to Vegas. He picked our group of 8 up on the strip and took us to five different spots, including the Fremont Experience, which wasn't even on the agenda. Awesome experience! We were on a girls trip to Vegas for one of our friends 40th birthday. I decided to surprise her with a limo. John met us by in baggage claim and had roses and champagne for us in the limo. He took us to a liquor store and to get snacks for our room before dropping us off. He was fabulous! 5/25/2010 My husband and I renewed our wedding vows with some family members attending. We had John Rosalia as our limo driver and he was Great! He arrived on time and got us to all our destinations on time and was very pleasant to be with and helpful in taking group pictures. I just got back from celebrating my Birthday in Vegas, it was a Birthday and experience I will never forget. Marco was our driver, he greeted us at the airport, we booked the limo ride for 3 hrs. Upon checking in at our Hotel he took us to a liquior store and then crusing on the strip and to Fremont Street, our last stop was at the Rio Hotel and Resort for dinner. He was amazing, he took us wherever we wanted to go, and the champagne and red rose were a perfect touch. Thank you Marco and Presidential limos, My son turns 21 next year and I am already thinking about doing business with you again.

WOW Is all i can say hands down to presidential we were in Las Vegas for six days and five nights and we were waited on by Saul and his silver limo was spotless and he looked like a million dollars !!! we were returned to the airport by Merill, he was cool as well when ever we go back to Las Vegas we will always use Presidential limo forget all the other companies.

I planned a girls trip to Vegas and wanted to surprise my friends with a round-trip limo ride from/to the airport. The drivers (Dave from the airport and Ted to the airport)were fantastic. On time, very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival Dave took us to the Las Vegas sign and took a picture of us then drove by a liquor store to buy some for our room then gave us complimentary passes to Haze nightclub at our hotel. When we left, Ted was on time, super friendly and even went to the bell service to get our bags for us that we had checked in earlier. Very professional company and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We got married in nc this April and wasn't able to get a limo due to it being prom season but for our honeymoon we went to Vegas and we got the stretched limo from presidential limousine it was great. we had our problems from the airline about our flights being changed and Pres. limo did everything they could for us since we had been put on stand by. Dave Thomas was our driver and gave us places to go best things to see and do in Vegas. He was very prompt and courteous.this is an experience my family and i will never forget. When we come back to Vegas we will be getting a limo from them again.

We arrived on March 18th and Guto was waiting for us, my family and I were more than pleased with the treatment and when he picked us up to return to the airport he took us to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign and took pictures for us, Guto treated us like superstars. We arrived on March 13, 2010, 6 of us, mom and dad and our two grown kids and their spouses. The meet and greet and limo ride was a surprise for the kids. Ted was our driver, he meet us at our baggage carousel and he was great, made us all feel special. He made sure the ladies did not have to handle any luggage, especially mom. As we all got comfortable in the limo, he poured us each a glass of champagne. What a great way to start our little vacation in Vegas in style. Ted took us down the strip on our way to the hotel and he was so nice, we asked him if he could be our driver when we had to return to the airport. And what a nice surprise, Ted picked us up on Tuesday and had a "greet" sign for each couple to have as a souvenir. I would certainly recommend Presidential Limo and Ted was awesome!!

We arrived on 3/8/2010 and had an awesome trip. My wife and I went to Vegas last year for the first time and took the shuttle to our hotel. Didn't care for that too much and I decided to step it up a notch and booked Presidential Limo for this years trip. Our driver, Dustin, was amazing. Any request we had, Dustin was quick to obliged. we arrived on the 7th February,and although our flight was delayed for 4 hours,our driver mike was still waiting for us in arrivals and was excellent,he was dressed very smart and immediately made us feel really special,he took our baggage and was very friendly,once inside the limo we had a bottle of champagne and my girlfriend got a rose,the limo was excellent and mike was very knowledgeable about vegas telling us the best places to go he took our photos for us with the limo as well. On February 19, 2010 Shawn picked us up from the airport. Our flight was late by one hour and he was still waiting right by the baggage carousel.
We were so impressed with his professionalism and his friendliness that we decided to book a limo tour of the Grand Canyon with him. He picked us up from our hotel on his day off and we had an amazing day.

We will most certainly book with Presidential Limousine again and will recommend them to all our friends and family.

We arrived at 10:30 pm in Vegas and having a Presidential Limo was AWESOME! Our driver Jim took us down the strip on the way to our downtown hotel. The champagne was awesome especially since we had just been married in Indiana prior to our arrival in Vegas. Perfect touch on a wedding night. Our driver who picked us up Sat to return to the airport took us one last time down the strip and even put up the privacy partition so we could spend our last moments of our honeymoon alone. I've used Presidential Limousine for my last two trips to Vegas in March '08 and '09 and will be booking them again this year. The customer service is superior to other companies i've used. The driver was understanding when my flight was late and did not rush us to our final destination like other companies have.

The complimentary champagne is a great touch to any trip.

In particular, Jeff Hill who took us on a guided tour of the Grand Canyon it was a truly great experience to have someone tell us about the history as we were were driving to the Canyon. I had to use a couple of other companies during CES because I wasn't able to get your car service for the entire week and they weren't even close to the service that Steve provided and I just wanted to pass that on to his Manager.
