Airport arrival Information
- Flight tracking software is used to monitor arrival times.
- Your billing time starts when your plane lands, not drive time in the vehicle.
- Most airport pickups going to strip hotels can be completed in 1 hour however, we cannot guarantee this and there will be an additional charge for baggage delays and/or drop off locations outside of general city limits. Reservations that extend past the original time booked will result in additional charges.
Domestic Flights Landing into Terminal 1
- Advantage Air /Allegiant / American / Avelo / Delta / Southwest/ Spirit
If you did not request luggage assistance once you have all luggage head to Door #9 to meet your chauffeur for immediate loading.
If you requested luggage assistance our staff will meet you at the baggage carousel with a name sign and escort you and your guests directly to their chauffeur.
Domestic Flights Landing into Terminal 3
- Alaska / Breeze / Frontier / Hawaiian / Jet Blue / Sun Country / United
The chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim for your flight with a name sign and escort you and your guests directly to the vehicle.
International Flights Landing into Terminal 3 (Going through Immigration/Customs)
The chauffeur will meet you outside of Immigration & Customs with a name sign and escort you and your guests directly to the vehicle.
Your billing time starts 45 minutes after your flight lands to allow you time to clear through Customs. If you do not wish to have this 45-minute grace period please contact our office to have this grace period noted and removed.
Vehicle Types and Luggage Capacity
- Tesla X and Rivian SUV: Hold up to four suitcases and four carry-ons max
- >Stretch Limousine: Seats 4 – 5 passengers comfortably and holds up to eight pieces of mid-size luggage.
- Super Stretch Limousine: Seats 6 – 7 passengers comfortably and holds up to eight pieces of mid-size luggage.
- Stretch Cadillac Escalade Limousine: Seats 9 – 11 passengers comfortably and holds 10-12 pieces of mid-size luggage.
- Limo Coach: Seats up to 16 passengers comfortably and holds 16 pieces of luggage.
Airport Security Fee
There will be an additional airport security fee of $6 per hour for all airport transfers. This includes both meet and greet and curbside service from DOOR 9.
Airport Passenger Arrival Fee
There will be an additional airport passenger arrival fee of $20 for all airport reservations. This includes both meet and greet and Express service from DOOR 9.
Child Seat Disclaimer
We are a family company and care about the safety of children riding in our vehicles. If you are traveling with a child (or children) who requires a child safety seat, you will be required to provide the seat and install them in the vehicle. Due to safety regulations our chauffeurs are not permitted to assist in the installation of the seats. We can recommend car seat rental companies, so please notify your reservationist in advance if you will need to rent one.
